What Is Home Portal & Coursepro?
Coursepro is a new and very exciting digital platform allowing all swimmers to have their own personal Swim School Portal. From this personal portal you can review:
Clannlife Fitness & Leisure Club's new development will make it easier for you to track how your child is progressing and make it much easier for making payments. CoursePro has been very successfully in operation in the UK for a number of years now and is exclusive to Clannlife Fitness & Leisure Club's in Ireland.
How Do I Set Up My Home Portal?
Once your child/children information has been inputed on to our system. You will then be sent a notification via your email in order to activate your account.
If you have more then two members in the swim school you can share the portal by logging into your account as normal and on the left hand side of your portal click ‘Add People’. For the ‘Member ID’ that is needed in please contact swim co-ordinator.
If this you come across an error please contact our swim co-ordinator Evan at e[email protected].
When I Enrolled as a new swim school member I never received an activation email?
As this is a huge transition human error can occur or we may have been provided with the incorrect email upon enrolment. Please contact our swim co-ordinator Evan at [email protected], where we can proceed with taking your details and getting you, all set up on our new system.

- Where they are being moved to as they develop their skills and technique.
- Make online payments.
- View their swim course history.

How Do I Set Up My Home Portal?

- You should have received an email inviting you to join the Home Portal (please contact swim co-ordinator if you did not ). Click the link attached.
- Choose to enter your Childs date of birth.
- You will then enter your email address and choose a password.
